_____ Garlic Bulb
_____ Onion - 1 Large Yellow
_____ Green Bell Pepper - 2
_____ Shredded Cheese
_____ Butter
_____ Sourdough Bread
_____ Tomato Sauce - 6 @ 28 oz. Cans
_____ Whole Tomatoes - 1 @ 28 oz. Can
_____ Red Kidney Beans, Plain Canned
_____ Chili Powder - Large Mc Cormack Plastic Jar
_____ Paprika - Large Mc Cormack Plastic Jar
_____ Ground Cumin (or fresh Cilantro) Small Jar
_____ Garlic Powder / Salt / Pepper / Cayenne Pepper
_____ White Rice (Minute) / Pasta
_____ Tabasco Sauce
_____ Top/Bottom Round Roast 6-7 lbs. (Coarse Grind)
_____ Ground Pork - 1-3 lbs. (Substitute for some Beef)
_____ Whole Kernel Corn - 1 Package Frozen
_____ Carlo Rossi Paisano Red Chianti Wine
_____ Beer / Soda
BEAR'S CHILI
Coarse Ground Top/Bottom Round Roast 6-7 lbs.
Ground Pork - 1-3 lbs. (Optional Substitute for some beef)
Chili Powder - Upwards to Large Mc Cormack Jar
Paprika - Upwards to 1/2 Large Mc Cormack Jar
Ground Cumin - 1/2 Small Mc Cormack Jar or Fresh Cilantro
Garlic - Full Bulb - Chopped or Sliced
Onion - 1 Large Yellow - Diced/Chopped
Green Bell Pepper - 2 - Diced/Chopped
Tomato Sauce - 2-4 @ 28 oz. Cans
Whole Tomatoes - 1 @ 28 oz. Can
Carlo Rossi Paisano Red Chianti Wine - 6+ Cups
Whole Kernel Corn - 1 Package Frozen
Shredded American/Cheddar/Mexican Cheese
Also - Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper (Ground Red Pepper)
To Cook:
Brown meat over medium heat until grey. Season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Chili, Cumin, and Cayenne Pepper as you go. Then add all other ingredients and simmer for at least 11/2 hours. If you feel it is not liquid enough, you can always add more Red Wine or Tomato Sauce.
To Serve:
Serve with Shredded Cheeses, Saltine Crackers, Sourdough Bread, Soft Flour Tortillas, Butter, Beer, Tabasco Sauce, Jalapeno Peppers, ETC.

BEAR'S CHILI (ORIGINAL RECIPE - SMALL BATCH)
Ground Round/Sirloin - 1 lb. (Preferrably Coarse Ground)
Ground Pork - 1 lb.
Chili Powder - 5 Tablespoon
Paprika - 2 Tablespoon
Ground Cumin - 3+ Tablespoon
Garlic - 6 Cloves - Chopped
Onion - 1 Large Yellow - Diced
Green Bell Pepper - 2 - Diced
Tomato Sauce - 28 oz. Can
Whole Tomatoes - 28 oz. Can
Red Wine - 4 Cups
Whole Kernel Corn - 1 Box Frozen
Tomato Paste - 12 oz. Can
Also - Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper
To Cook:
Over medium heat, Brown Meat until grey. Begin seasoning immediately with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Chili, Ground Cumin, and Cayenne Pepper. Then add all other ingredients and Simmer for at least 11/2 hours. If you feel too much liquid has boiled off, you can add more wine, tomato sauce, or water.
To Serve:
Serve with Shredded Cheese, Saltine Crackers, Sourdough Bread, Soft Flour Tortillas, Beer, Tabasco Sauce, Jalapeno Peppers, etc.
