BEAR'S COLESLAW(Creamy Style)INGREDIENTS:Cabbage - 1/2 Head Crushed Pineapple - Small Can (4 OZ.) Onion - Medium Size, Chopped Fine Sugar - 2 Teaspoon White Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon Mayonnaise - as much as you like to stick it together Salt, Pepper, & Garlic Powder TO PREPARE: Shred the cabbage. Drain the pineapple and add. Chop the onion and add. Add rest of ingredients. Season to taste (but be careful, the seasonings age as it sits in the bowl) and mix. As indicated, the correct amount of mayonnaise is a matter of taste. Experience has shown that the mixture gets "watery" as it sits, so go easy on the mayo until you're sure you need more. |
